Multiple Image Processing Station

MIPS is a generalized package of routines for processing multiple images and large amounts of image data. It includes procedures for averaging, subtracting, comparing, performing ROI analysis, penetrance analysis, logical analysis, and statistical analysis. These operations are done through a group of sub-processes within MIPS called Methodologies. MIPS also provides tools for expanding throughput, reproducibility, off-line and scheduled execution, and single or multiple batch operation.
