Locating the Research Imaging Center

  

 

The Research Imaging Center is in the McDermott building occupying the 1st and 2nd floors at 8403 Floyd Curl Drive. It is situated in the South Texas Medical Center, and near interstates 10 and 410. The center is 12 miles northwest of downtown San Antonio and 7 miles from San Antonio international Airport. The center is bordered by Babcock Road, Hamilton-Wolfe, Wurzbach Road, and Floyd Curl Drive.

 

 

Driving Directions

 

From Interstate 10:

 

Exit at Wurzbach Road and turn left on Wurzbach Road . (From I-10 West). Go past 3 lights till you reach Fredricksburg Road. Drive through Fredricksburg Road going past the next stop light and turn right onto Floyd Curl Drive going past the Cancer Research building which is on the other side of the road. The cluster of buildings on the left about 0.5 miles down the road will be the location of the Research Imaging Center (8403 Floyd Curl Drive). Turn left and follow the signs for directions to visitor parking. The rightmost building (McDermott Buildling) houses the Research imaging Center.

 

From Interstate 410:

 

Exit at Fredericksburg Road and turn north on Fredericksburg. Continue on Fredericksburg to Wurzbach Road. Turn left on Wurzbach Road. Drive on and turn right onto Floyd Curl Drive which is the second stop light on Wurzbach Road. Go about 0.5 miles down the road till you see a cluster of buildings on the left with an large marker with 8403 Floyd Curl Drive on it. Turn left. The rightmost building (McDermott Building) houses the Research Imaging Center. Follow the signs for directions to visitor parking.
