Command Line Utilities on Linux

Postby mphagen » Tue May 07, 2019 5:09 pm

I am trying to work with Mango on our Linux HPC, and am having troubles installing the command line tools. I've unzipped the Linux install .zip file, and ran
Code: Select all
java -jar Mango.jar
. The GUI opens, but when I navigate to the Options toolbar, there is no "install utilities" option.

Here is the output from when Mango is running:
Code: Select all
[mphagen@sh-ln03 login ~/Mango]$ java -jar Mango.jar
File could not be deleted: /home/users/mphagen/Mango/MangoTempData

Mango: 4.1-b1531 (64-bit) [Vanilla]
Java: 1.8.0_131 (64-bit) Oracle Corporation [/share/software/user/open/java/1.8.0_131/jre]
OS: LINUX 3.10.0-957.10.1.EL7.X86_64
Platform: x86_64 x86_64

I've managed to get it working on my local machine, but would like to be able to work with the data I have stored on our cluster.

Thanks in advance.

This looks like a bug in the build process. I will get it fixed and post back when it's available. Thanks for reporting.

Do you have an ETA on this?
