Loading ROI from command line

Postby ehclaudia18 » Wed Apr 17, 2019 12:30 pm

Hello,
I have successfully enabled command line functionality for Mango. I want to be able to use the mango command in a script to load both an image and an ROI simultaneously. Is this possible?

The mango command has the option to load an image with an overlay, but not with an ROI. Please note we specifically need it loaded as an ROI, because when loaded as an overlay Mango does not allow editing.

Thank you,
Claudia

If you want to try a beta version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/65ojtxg8qxu2g ... g.zip?dl=0

This is identical to the release build with a couple of minor enhancements (this feature being one of them).

Use it like so:
Code: Select all
mango myImage.nii.gz -roi myROI.nii.gz

Let me know if that doesn't work for you.
