Mango doesn't load MINC t-map overlay

Postby egarza » Fri Feb 15, 2019 10:10 am

Hi,

I've been using Mango a lot for plenty of formats without a problem.

Now, I analyze my VBM data in CIVET 2.1.0 using R, then export the t-value resulting map as MINC. In Mango, I open my ICBM 152 as template and then I want to add the t-map as overlay. Then nothing happens.
When I open the t-map with Open Image, then I get an error saying it was not possible to open.

The file that works and the one that doesn't are in the same file format.

Thanks for any help.

Eduardo

Try opening Window > Console in the toolbox. There may be more details about the error there.

Ok, so when I try to open as an overlay the console writes nothing.
Then when I try as an image, the output is
Code: Select all
Image [mni_icbm152_t1_tal_nlin_sym_09a2_bet] closed
Error: edu.uthscsa.ric.utilities.AppLogger.findFirstRelevantStackTraceElement(AppLogger.java:272) [0]

If I use mnc2nii and open the same image as an overlay in nii, then I don't have a problem.

Thanks

Unfortunately, the console didn't help much in this case, but thanks for looking. Until we can figure out what Mango thinks is missing or wrong with that particular MINC header, doing the conversion is your best bet.
